Payroll and SGK Incentive Services
Reduce the margin for error in payroll and personnel management.
Struggling to manage employee timesheets, overtime calculations, bonuses, premiums and statutory deductions? Hand the complex regulatory work to our specialist team and be confident that your SGK notifications and financial statements are prepared to legal standards.
Through systems integrated with our digital infrastructure we keep personnel files and payroll records meticulously. With our support in salary costing and personnel budgeting, we guide you in planning your financial resources more efficiently.
Payroll is not a calculation performed on the last day of the month; it is the output of data accumulated throughout it. If employment starts and terminations, leave, sick days, overtime and deductions are recorded as they arise, month end becomes nothing more than a checking step. The flow we set up aims at precisely that.
The personnel file is the first document requested in an inspection. Contracts, identity and education documents, occupational health and safety records, leave and asset assignment forms must be kept complete and current. We manage the order of these files as part of the payroll process.
In SGK incentive management we simplify a complex incentive system for you, determining the incentive models best suited to your company’s employee profile and sector. By identifying breaches of social security legislation in advance, we prevent potential administrative fines and financial losses.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions we hear most about this service.
From how many employees is a payroll service worthwhile?
There is no lower limit on employee numbers. In a business with a single employee the notification obligations and deadlines are the same — and so are the administrative penalties for mistakes. As scale grows, the benefit of outsourcing the process becomes more visible.
Why can’t I benefit from incentives?
The most common reasons are that preconditions were not checked before hiring, that there is outstanding premium or tax debt, and that notifications were not filed on time. We review your current staff list to identify which incentives could apply and where the obstacle lies.
Can incentives be claimed retrospectively?
In some cases retrospective benefit is possible, but this depends on time limits and the conditions of the specific regulation. It is therefore safer to make incentive management part of the monthly routine rather than leaving it to year end.
Do you keep the personnel files?
The originals of the personnel file remain with the employer. We track which documents the file must contain, which are missing and which need updating, and manage the digital copies in an orderly way.
