We build your company’s financial future on experience.

muhasebe süreçleri

In today’s commercial environment, sustainable success depends on full regulatory compliance and strategic financial management. At Mai Müşavirlik, our experienced team acts as your professional solution partner at every step, from formation through to liquidation.

Through bookkeeping and tax planning carried out rigorously to the standards of the Turkish Commercial Code and the Tax Procedure Law, we secure your financial processes.

Accounting is not merely about filing tax returns. Behind every return lies a correct chart of accounts, an orderly flow of documents, period-end procedures completed on time, and financial statements that reflect reality. Once that structure is in place, the tax burden becomes predictable and you take decisions by looking at the figures.

Our way of working is built on a monthly cycle: collecting documents, processing records, reconciliation, preparing tax returns and submitting them for your approval, and sharing the period report. At the end of every month, you know where you stand.

With payroll, SGK follow-up and detailed financial statement analysis we lighten your operational load while supporting the decisions that will improve your company’s efficiency.

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we hear most about this service.

How long does transferring our books take?

The transfer time depends on how orderly the existing records are and which month of the period you are in. It usually follows these steps: transferring the records within an accounting period, reconciling opening balances and updating e-ledger registrations. At the first meeting we review your current position and draw up a timetable specific to you.

How do we send documents?

Most documents drop straight into the system via e-invoice and e-archive. For paper documents we set up a flow you can share digitally. The aim is for documents accumulating during the month to be recorded as they arise, rather than in bulk at month end.

Do I have to approve a tax return without seeing it?

No. Tax returns are sent to you before they are accrued; you approve them after seeing the amounts and their basis and asking any questions.

How do you keep track of legislative changes?

We follow the regulations that affect your line of business and inform you of any change that concerns you before it takes effect. That way you are not left preparing for compliance at the last minute.
