Privacy Policy

This is an English translation provided for information. The Turkish version of this policy is the legally binding text.

This policy explains how the website at https://maimusavirlik.com handles visitor information. For your rights regarding the processing of personal data and how to exercise them, see the KVKK Privacy Notice.

Data Collected

The site has no user accounts, memberships, comments or shopping. Information is collected only through the two forms you fill in:

• Contact form: full name, phone, e-mail and an optional message.
• Career application form: full name, phone, e-mail, the area that interests you, free text and the CV file you upload.

When you submit a form, the content is sent by e-mail to our corporate address ([email protected]); the date of submission and the address of the page on which you completed the form are added to the e-mail. If the e-mail cannot be delivered because of a fault, the content is written to a log file on the server so that your request is not lost. CV files are stored on the server in a directory separate from the page files; the file address is not published on any page.

Unless you fill in a form, the site code keeps no separate record of your visit. The hosting server’s own access logs lie outside the site code and therefore fall outside the scope of this text.

Cookies and Session Information

No cookies are used on the site for analytics, advertising or visitor tracking; no tool that does so is present in the site’s code. You will therefore not see a cookie consent banner.

The only cookie of our own that is used is PHP’s session cookie (PHPSESSID). It serves a single purpose: after you submit a form, showing the outcome (“your message has reached us”, or an error notice) on the page you return to and, where a submission fails, the values you entered so that you do not have to type them again. Those values are removed from the session immediately after being shown once. Because the session is started on every page of the site, the cookie is placed in your browser on a first visit too; however, it holds nothing beyond the form outcome, and its value is not used to identify or track visitors. The cookie itself is a session cookie; it expires when you close your browser.

The site stores no data in your browser’s local storage (localStorage or similar). For third-party cookies that the embedded map may set, see the section below.

Third-Party Services

• Google Maps: the office location in the contact section is shown in a frame embedded from Google Maps. When that frame loads, your browser connects directly to Google’s servers; in doing so your IP address and browser details reach Google, and Google may place its own cookies in your browser. Those cookies are not created, readable or controllable by us; they are subject to Google’s own privacy terms. The frame is marked to load only once it becomes visible on the page; the address of the page containing the map is also transmitted to Google during that connection.
• Fonts: the site’s fonts are loaded directly from this site’s own server. No request is sent to Google Fonts, to any font service, or to any content delivery network (CDN).
• Analytics and social media tools: the site contains no visitor measurement, tag manager, social media pixel or advertising code.
• WhatsApp and phone links: clicking these links opens the relevant application on your device. From that point on, the information you share is subject to that application’s own terms.

Data Security

• Files uploaded to the career form may only be in PDF or Word format and no larger than 5 MB; the file type is checked against both its extension and its content signature.
• Uploaded files are saved to a directory separate from the page files, under a randomly generated name not derived from the name of the file you sent, and with file permissions readable only by the server. Because directory listing is disabled, the contents of the directory cannot be viewed externally.
• Fields submitted through the forms are re-validated on the server; a control field invisible to users is employed to filter out automated bot submissions.
• Because the site holds no user accounts or passwords, no stored sign-in information exists.

Absolute security cannot be claimed for any transmission over the internet. We ask you not to send data such as identity numbers, passwords or bank and card details through the site’s forms.

Linked Sites

The site contains links that lead elsewhere: WhatsApp, directions via Google Maps, and the website of the firm that designed the site. The content and privacy practices of those addresses are not under our control; when you click a link, that site’s own terms apply.
